HDR Showcases
As part of my search for HDR imagery inspiration, I have come across these masters of the art – their work will speak for themselves, but I am glad these people are sharing their work for us all to see.
• smgallery on flickr – this photographer has absolutely breathtaking seascapes and other imagery processed in HDR that will blow you away. I always try to keep up with what he’s doing.
• ragstatic on flickr – Amazing HDR processing , sometimes composited with long exposure – always comes up with a shot that makes you say “how did he do that?”. A visit to his photostream is always a joy.
• [ Kane ] on flickr – An excellent set of landscape-only HDR images. Sharp processing, great colors — this is one sure inspiration for any HDR enthusiast.
•Stuck in Customs (flickr account) – a world-traveling HDR shooter. His shots are usually stunning to the point that makes you wonder if he didn’t make up the whole HDR process itself.
•Kris Kros HDR – has an updated set of HDR images in his blog. Many of them “over the top” but still quite interesting to see. Also there are many people HDR shots, which is really hard to get right.
